1. About Pest Master Private Limited

Pest Master Private Limited is a pest control service aggregator and coordinator. We operate as an intermediary that connects customers requiring pest control services with our verified network of certified, licensed pest control partner professionals across all states of India.

Pest Master does not directly employ pest control technicians. Services are delivered by our partner professionals who hold valid state-level pest control licences and certifications. Pest Master assumes full responsibility for the quality and outcome of all services coordinated through our platform.

2. Services Provided

Pest Master coordinates the following pest control services through its partner network:

• Termite control and anti-termite treatment (pre and post-construction)
• Cockroach control and elimination
• Mosquito and vector control
• Rodent management and exclusion
• Bed bug elimination
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
• General pest management for residential, commercial, and industrial premises

3. Booking Process

All bookings are made through WhatsApp at +91 75535 37069. The booking process is as follows:

• Customer contacts Pest Master via WhatsApp
• A free inspection is scheduled at the customer's property
• Our partner professional visits and provides a transparent, itemised quotation
• Customer approves the quotation before any treatment commences
• Treatment is carried out by our certified partner professional
• Post-service follow-up is conducted by Pest Master

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are indicative starting prices. Final pricing is determined after the free on-site inspection based on property size, infestation severity, and location.

A complete, itemised quotation is provided to the customer before any treatment begins. No treatment will commence without explicit customer approval of the quotation. There are no hidden charges.

Payment is made directly to the partner professional at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed. GST is applicable as per prevailing government norms.

5. Service Guarantee and Warranty

All services coordinated by Pest Master carry a service guarantee. The warranty period varies by service type and will be communicated in the quotation. Should the pest issue recur within the warranty period, Pest Master will arrange a free re-treatment at no additional cost to the customer.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the property and pest issue
• Ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time
• Following post-treatment instructions provided by the partner professional
• Informing Pest Master of any concerns within the warranty period

7. Limitation of Liability

Pest Master's liability is limited to the value of the service paid by the customer. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from pest infestations or service outcomes beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
