Customers may cancel a scheduled pest control service appointment subject to the following conditions:

The initial inspection visit is completely free of charge. No payment is collected before the inspection. If you choose not to proceed with the service after the free inspection, there is no charge whatsoever.
All services coordinated by Pest Master carry a service guarantee. If the pest issue recurs within the warranty period specified in your service quotation, we will arrange a free re-treatment at no additional cost.
